How to return

  • Email minixgadgets2@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
  • We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
  • Pack the item securely and send it back with a trackable service.

Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
  • The return must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is checked, we'll email you and refund the original payment method. Depending on your bank it can take 5–10 business days to show on your statement.

Damaged or wrong item

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and you won't pay for the return.

EU customers

Customers in the EU/UK can also withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, under the statutory right of withdrawal.
